Overview
All Briar Patch Meadows products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is crafted just for you, please allow time for production before your order ships.
Processing & Production Time
Orders are sent to production within 1–3 business days of purchase. Production typically takes an additional 2–5 business days before your order is handed off to a carrier. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Windows
United States:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after production
- Express shipping (where available): 2–5 business days after production
International Orders:
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after production, depending on destination country and customs processing
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient
Total estimated time from order to delivery: US orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days; international orders within 14–25 business days.
Carriers
Domestic US orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the shipping method selected and your location. International orders are shipped via regional carrier partners and may be handed off to local postal services for final delivery.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right. Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse, but we stand fully behind our products.
